On Earth L, the general populace of earth doesn't know aliens exist and many times aliens were supposed to come to earth and have been averted by chance.

Then in 1942 President Roosevelt created an agency dubbed the Justice League Agency or as many called them “The League.” He and J. Edgar Hoover recruited Clark Kent in metropolis, Bruce Wayne in Gotham, along with Hippolyta Prince, Jay Garrick, Alan Scott, Roy Lincoln, and Wesley Dodds. These seven became the Core members of the League. They fought villains like the Ultra-Humanite, Baron Blitzkrieg, The Fin and the Axis Germany. In 1944 the Americommando, a JLA operative, assassinated Hitler ending World War II.
