Now I'm "I - Kyu" ... Brown Belt 1st Class (to Borrow a Navy Term) but on the other gentleman in the picture.
Need to use a conventional computer to give all them props.

Covered Here Promotion Test 02 AP 2022You would think that my getting to "Brown Belt 1st Class" (next is Sho-Dan, Black Belt) that I would be talking about myself and my accomplishments ... If one thing that Martial Art has taught me is to delight in the accomplishments of others - Which I will now do.,Let me start with the man to the lower right of the photo, Mr. Glynn. This was his first promotion test, he has now taken his first step into a larger world. Getting his Green Belt was Mr. Sowinski them both. In the upper left we have (now) Sensei Josh Coletti (only 23 y/o ) and Sensei Chris Doolittle (I call him "Do-much" or "Do-Lots" cuz )both getting their 3rd Dan. But the Highest Honour belongs to the Man on the upper right of the photo. Sensei Dan Fife joins Sensei David Keown ,as the only ones to achieve the rank of "Go-Dan" under the tutelage of Sensei Mason. This one means more to me as Fife Sensei has had more impact on me and my training ... Sensei Keown has moved on to study the Israeli martial art of Krav-Maga....
