There's plenty of Naruto characters who could rip Aizen to shreds but I don't think that Orochimaru is one of them.

The only way Orochi stands a chance is if he has Uchiha implanted eyes or clone and probably create a super concentrated serum containing the curse mark to amplify his power x100 and be able to increase his speed, and physical strength and morphing capabilities, and speed of performing ninjutsu very quickly then that would be a match worth watching.

I dont like Aizen. I dont care for Orochimaru.
Aizen easily has this. Even IF ( and thats a big if) Orochimaru doesnt get crushed under Aizen's spiritual pressure. Orochimaru wouldnt only last as long as Aizen allows. If Orochimaru even looks at Aizen's shikai, he loses the ability to fight Aizen. Aizen is a master at kido, even the forbidden ones. He doesnt even need to use the incantation to use them. Aizen really wouldnt need to use any forbidden ones on him. Just like he didnt need to on the captains. Even in the fight with Final Ichigo, he never shown any signs of being tired, Orochimaru has.
Orochimaru got owned by Pain and it even wasn't a fight. Orochimari tried to sneak Itachi and Itachi owned him and didnt even look at him. What chance does he have if he couldnt even fight 2 power characters in Naruto?

As much as I'll sigh, I'd say Aizen. He's several centuries old and that's enough time to (hopefully) get good at battle. Also, as far as I know, he's immortal.

Aizen would kill Orochimaru quite easily, he is faster, stronger, his kidos are better than Oro's jutsus, his illusions are much better than those of most genjutsus, if not all and his attacks can directly affect Oro's soul.
Aize would probably destroy Oro's soul with a single attack or seal him with a kido

I say orochimaru, Aizen may be immortal but so is Orochimaru he didn't die he got sealed by Itachi. They both are always on their guard but Orochimaru knows how to steal bodies.

Oro steals bodies because he needs them to live, but Aizen needs no physical human body, because he is a soul all the time.

There is one one way Orochimaru can pull this off, if he can hit Aizen's physical body with a five pronged seal he can stop him from jumping to his next few stages and steal his body thus making him the invincible Aizenrochi but if he can pull that off he'll be a thousand times more screwed than he was against sasuke

Well, Aizen's physical body isn't exactly physical,
what you see as his "body", is actually a soul, Aizen is a soul all the time,
so Oro wouldn't be able to (transfer his soul to / steal) "Aizen'sΒ physical body"

Orochimaru's five pronged seal didn't hold back any angry ninetails.
Minato sacrificed his own live to perform a Dead Demon Consuming Seal to seal kurama into a baby Naruto's body.
Orochimaru only did the five elemental seal to block the flow of chakra from the kyubi to Naruto, so he couldn't use it anymore.
And also, in Naruto, the Chakra follows an specific (pathway system / network) through the body, so the paths can be blocked. It is like blood circulatory system, and chakra is mostly generated at the belly, stomach.

Nothing in bleach suggest that Reijatsu works like a circulatory system, so we can't assume Orochimaru's sealing technique would work on Aizen.
Not that it matters since Aizen is much faster than Orochimaru and with his illusions it is highly improbable that Orochimaru would be able to hit him with the sealing technique, and also Orochimaru doesn't even know about Aizen's transformation process, and even without it Aizen would still be able to beat him.

Is it really? There isn't a hollow in existence that could stop a raging Kyuubi and Orochimaru's seal completely halted its energy flow, there is no reason to doubt it couldn't do the same to the hogyoku's energy flow to Aizen

I highly doubt Orochimaru have any seal that can possibly halt or suppress Aizen's influence with the hogyoku, Aizen in his final form can clash with Kaguya

No Aizen in his final form could barely even stop a tailed beast this was proved when several bijuu had their attacks countered by the Kyuubi and the resulting blasts flew off in several directions and took the tops off of 3 different mountains where as Ichigo proved in his fight with Aizen that Aizen had nothing to do with the majority of the destruction happening around them it was all Ichigo, Aizen just thought he was that badass but in all honesty without his illusion powers he was pretty much pointless
