Personality:: When you first meet Toola he may seem a bit odd. However once you get past the singing, dancing and unnecessary contact you'll realize that there's reason to his madness. If he likes you then you're probably safe with him, yet at the same time this man can be very possessive (occasionally obsessive) of his friends. He can be bribed into doing things (he might also just take a please) depending on the day. Although he won't start fights, he'll finish them, even if it doesn't mean he's the one fighting.

Weaknesses/Fears::: Female/Female looking Dragonairs, having all of his scales plucked off, watching any of his friends drown, losing control of things, being completely understood.

Weapons:: His tail and whatever happens to be in his bag at the moment.

History:: Toola was born into and grew up in a very large family within the tribes. He was the third oldest and tended to be ignored. So with a desire for attention he began to get into trouble. His parents mostly ignored him and allowed him to create his mostly harmless mischief. However, then he started to hurt people, destroy things. By the time he was finally confronted by his father he was already 16 years old, an apprentice to a blacksmith. They had a long talk and Toola gave about as much sass as he could possibly muster. Then his father finally sick of it all, but believing to much in peace and positive reinforcement to give his son punishment, simply settled on sending him away.

Still a feebas and terribly upset, Toola had no idea of where to go but into the forest. So he ran off away from paradise and kept on going until he was miles upon miles away. There he wandered for a week, going farther and farther. Being clever however, Toola left markings for himself so he wouldn't get lost. Little bones tied to things here and carved tree trunks there.

One day on his wanderings Toola spied a woman. A beautiful Dragonair out for a hike deep into the woods. He intercepted her and talked. They started talking and then the next day they talked too. They talked until the Milotic finally gave the honest truth of him being homeless and the lie of him being lost. She was in her late twenties so she took him in and provided for him. She taught him math and bought for him these delightful things called legos. He lived with her for about three years, falling truly in love with her. Sadly though she only saw him as a younger brother, someone to confide in and play games with.

It was all going wonderfully, until she fell in love too. He was Seadra, larger then Toola and stronger too. She loved him and started to pay less and less attention to Toola. Before the Milotic knew it his love was married, but not too him. So once again, he started to make trouble. Once the baby arrived and Toola successfully had severed all of the husband's fingers from his left hand. There was no proof that he had done it, but the Dragonair knew, she knew enough to promptly ask him to leave.

The Milotic left as requested, still in love enough to to hurt her or her offspring on the way out. In fact he only broke a couch or two. Toola was now 22 yrs old and he finally found it in his heart to miss his home. He went back into the forest, making for himself more proper tribal garb as he went. He found old old bones and scarred trees. He made his way back to the tribes, remembering more and more as he went. Although he didn't join his family, he did join Origin, the tribe of the outcasts. He was an outcast now, he didn't really deserve a family. Toola used his knowledge to become a crafter, showing off his building skills and cleverness to assert his position. It wasn't a blacksmith's position, but who would want all that responsibility and high demand anyways?

Now Toola can be found in Origin, ask him of his history and he'll lie to you. Ask him of his family and he'll give a vague explanation. Ask him of his love and he'll just mutter and leer at you in an exceptionally friendly way.
