I wanted to make something to show the sort of the after math of the Doctor using the Shartrix Crystals to destroy his planet, people and their enemies as all as fixing the damage the war did to the Universe and Time.
He set flames onto everything and watched the Universe burn around him, the energy from the crystals forced him to regenerate into the form you see him in now and left horrible scars on his body and soul. Leaving him alone, and in pain. Alone to suffer for what he did.
