Welp, guess I'll join the "Redesign Bliss" club. After a (somewhat) close observation of the "4th" PPG, just like everyone else in the fandom, I've come to the conclusion that Bliss have some major flaws as far as development and design-wise, so here are some ideas I came up with myself. I'll come up with a bio soon.

Design-wise: I came up with the color palette that complements her skin color best. Out of respect for Bunny, I changed her main color to mint green. I shorten her hair and made it puffy and brown. As far as her physique I've reduced her hips and shorten her legs. Her outfit here will be in the PUFF AU. Her regular outfit will be the same as the other girls--just her dress will be mint. I also kept her elephant (uhh, I dunno its name, heh). c:

Development: Oh geez...Bliss is so OP, heheh. So yeah, I removed her emotional instability state which results in destruction and people getting hurt. She'll just have anxiety and depression. She will also have more magic-based(?) powers, given by her elephant friend, such as magical scattershot, and magic beam. I've also renamed Bliss to Beryl.
