As the pride began to settle under the shade of the trees hanging over the oasis, Shiro and Kenya stood back staring in awe, engulfing the very beauty in front of their eyes. Shiro turned to Kenya with a smile, "Well, what do you think? Is this the home we were searching for all along?" After a brief moment of silence of Kenya becoming overwhelmed with internal joy, a smile crept onto her lips as she nodded. "It's perfect. It's the Paradise of the Savanna."

Happy New Year! Geez it's been such a long time since I've uploaded anything! I got a new laptop and a lot of life problems came up but I've been trying to figure things out and I ended up sketching this last night after becoming inspired by something I wrote on my other account. The female character was originally named Russia but I was asked a lot why that was her name and I just figured it would be easier just to change it. I feel like Kenya suited her perfectly and originally was intended to be the name of her daughter but I am currently rewriting a lot of the original story these two came from. I also altered their designs a little bit to give them more originality as well. I was going to draw them in the typical Disney style when I first sketched this out but decided to add a little bit of my own twists as well.
