There's no need to worry at all. You've put a lot effort into this and it came out very beautiful
After recieving just a rough sketch as a gift she will see your surprise and she will be very happy for sure
+ I think that they need to add a little rule to the group that only full colored arts will be accepted. It's pretty sad to see that so many artists investing so much time into their gifts and a few of them only recieve a sketch in exchange o.o

I think you are right, but maybe termin "completed arts" will be better because some people work only with inks or grayscale pencils. Its a shame, when someone comes to an art-exchange event not to give a cool art, but only to recieve it. Skill level means nothing young/starting artists can make cool art if they want to, but many of them say: "sorry, my skill is lower than yours!" and do only a lazy sketches(

It's really sad to see that some people just don't care about it. But I guess they're just very young people who can't understand it.
