This is the gritty park I have found.,..I mentioned to some of you it was very neglected...........run down.............
well this really shows how run down it is.....so sad are the weeds growing in what should be a lovely garden area..............

I wouldn't think it would take very long to sort this out. A co0uple of people to remove the weeds and a few people from the building to supply a few decent plants and it would look lovely. I guess they are all glued to X boxes and TV's... Probably never even look out of the windows...

Roz true it wouldn't take a lot to fix.....
not sure if it is a co-op or rental building......
or who is in charge of the grounds..........
even on a busy day it's empty......
usually all the good spots like this would be filled with people eating there lunch
there........then go back to work.....
Just down a few yards is an annex to one of the hospitals .......lots
of people to eat there.......
