okay
so let me give you a bit of history

i first joined this group in 2013 because i'd just migrated from toontown online
and i wanted to join a roleplay group
by sheer luck, i got into this group and joined cloudclan, with ravenkit, who grew up to become ravensnow

and by more sheer luck, i adopted voltagekit, who would later become voltagewish.
and by EVEN MORE sheer luck, i created twilightheart, who would eventually become the deputy of lightningclan...
and, now, its leader.

it's five years since i joined this crazy train of a group.
i've made a lot of good friends, and my roleplaying and writing skills have improved by leaps and bounds since i was that tiny idiot back in 2013.

i've seen the rise and fall of a lot of things. i was there for the fall of frozenclan. i was there when the original owner left, and the torch was passed several times over.

was i immature in 2013? hell yeah i was. i somehow thought it was a good idea to drop my tiny ravenkit into highclan, for god knows what reason. (still reeling a little from how dumb i was for doing that.) but i made a good friendship out of that, that's lasted to this day. (love you Hawkieface <3333)

i've seen my idiots grow to become legacies of the clan. hell, ravensnow was one of the most popular cats in cloudclan back in the day. i've seen these idiots fall in love, and grow to form families...
and i've seen a bolt of lightning go from having nothing to creating his own everything in the process.

and i wouldn't trade any of what's happened over the past five years for the world.

is twilightheart ready to be leader of lightningclan? yes. yes she is. she's dealt with loss in her life, but she's handled it with grace. she has a down-to-earth personality and a motherly love for all she talks to. she's perfect to lead this clan.
(listen, voltagestar sounds as majestic to you as it does to me, but the poor boy's been through enough. it's his dream, yes, but he wouldn't be able to handle it, and i think he's come to terms with that at this point.)

am i ready to be leader of lightningclan? nah. no i'm not. i'm still in school, my focus is like a train that constantly derails itself, and i'm forgetful when it comes to things i have to do for groups like this.
but like hell am i gonna go into this with a pessimistic mindset! i'm ready to do whatever i can for this group. i'm gonna stumble, yeah, and i might goof up, but a lot of my life is goofing up and learning from it.
and besides, i still got the other admins at my back to help me out if i forget anything. (i'd still die for you for making the lightningclan admin chat lauren)

i guess what i'm trying to say is...
thank you, dawn-of-warriors, for giving this idiot a place to develop her writing skills and write stories that i'll never forget.
thank you for putting up with me, too. i know i can be kind of hard to deal with sometimes.
and thank you for giving me a place to make friendships that will stick with me for a lifetime.
