IT'S FINALLY DONE!!!!
I decided to revamp my old characters for the Eclipse Arc of GN ^^" The theme of the entire series is "What is a hero? And what is a villain?" I worked my ass off to try to reflect that theme in their designs. For example, Crimson (the lavender-haired demon, top right) who's essentially the main antagonist for 2/3 of the story is in red-yellow armour (which screams "hero!") whereas the main protags Scarlett (long, auburn-haired girl) and Aether (masked angel) are dressed in black and red - colours synonymous to the enemy. IRONY HEHE.
Oh, then there's Eclipse (blue-eyed, obviously the main antag in the top left corner).
His backstory's too long... but if you are curious, feel free to ask in the comments!
The other characters are:
Flow Mayuzumi - purple-orange haired blob on bottom right
Rain Delen (who I based Seraphim off of *cough*) - that beauty on the bottom left
Pon the Great (inside joke) - brown-haired, green eyed archer

LOL OKAY HERE WE GO.
JUST WARNING YOU NOW, THIS WILL BE A NOVEL.
Anyway, just some things you should know:
- Scarlett and Aether are the main protags (and when they "combine" in a sense, they could use magical powers whee)
- There are a couple of others who could do the same thing as those two (namely Rain and Flow, along with their Garudos) and they band together and form the "Guardians", who were dedicated to maintaining peace... or something cheesy idk, I have to work on it
So before all this, there was this epic battle between the main protags, Scarlett and Aether, and the (previous) main antags, Rain and Crimson. So Rain, who also happens to be the almost-kinda-not-really love interest of poor Scar, dies in that battle because - plot twist - he was actually a /kinda/ bad guy and Scarlett stabs him without knowing who he was till, you know, he was dead. =/
Okay, then enter this new antag named Eclipse. He enters the world by storm, quickly making a name for himself by revealing the secret existence of Garudos (who are like... guardian angels =/ yeah, probs should've mentioned that before) to the world and declaring that through the power of these Garudos, he could change the world.
And, at first, it really did seem like that.
So Flow, who was Rain's sister and Scarlett's best friend, buys into that and gradually joins Eclipse~ The Guardian group was kinda losing its popularity with the presence of Eclipse's regime (it's easier to do things publicly than in secret) so Flow figured she'd be more effective if she went with Eclipse.
Scarlett was leaning towards following her friend (cuz at that point, the GG was pretty lonely) but then her Garudo, Aether was somehow kidnapped / possessed / idk.
So completely powerless, Scar attempts to save her friend by going back in time or something, but in the process of doing so she somehow unconsciously beckons the lonely Crimson (who was the late Rain's Garudo) over and now the old antag and protag could fuse together and make magic happen [insert character development here]
Scarlett tries to go back, but because she had left the present time, Eclipse used that opportunity to essentially take over the world with his army of Garudos who had been lured out to help him. (including poor Flow, who was eventually forced to fight Scarlett and then dies... or maybe just incapacitated for the moment. more plot that needs working on)
And then finally Scarlett and Crimson reach Eclipse in an attempt to stop him from taking over the world. [insert cliche evil throne room in creepy castle scene here]
They spot Aether trapped behind bars in the otherwise empty throne room. Scarlett runs over to him in tears~ but then Crimson notices how Aether seemed perfectly fine and not anything like a prisoner.
AKA IT'S A TRAP.
Essentially, Aether became Eclipse's garudo, [insert epic battle here] Scarlett reaches for Aether's heart and he manages to break free momentarily for one final move.
Eclipse dies.
But then Aether dies too. [insert big explanation here]
[insert sad ending + plot twist + cliffhanger idk here]
Nothing probably makes sense to you, but in my mind, it's all one big movie xD

Hahahaa you mean in reference to Zelda's "Gerudo Valley"? (trust me, I get that a lot more than most would think)
It's a pretty unique name, don't you think? I actually came up with it because "Garudos" are based off the concept of "Guardian Angels"...
oh, and then I played Ocarina of Time... that's when I got the idea to mix the two words together and come up with a badass name like "Garudo" HAHAHAHA

So then if the word you used here is also meaning that of the Gerudos in Ocarina of Time, that would make no sense. They're flipping thieves!
And in response to the last two parts, I like the name for your story line. It looks good. As for Ocarina of Time, that is the best game I have ever played. Or at least tied for first.

dudeee i got ocarina on the 3ds and i've been stuck in the water temple for ages D: i mean, i finished the whole game on the N64, so the remake should have been no problem, but i seem to have forgotten how to get through the damn place >.> (like... i know where the boss key is, but i missed one of the small keys and now i'm literally one locked door away from getting out of there)
loved zelda, but don't think that's my fav game i kinda love FFVII the best only cuz it's the only VG that made me cry //don't kill me!

The Water Temple is definitely my least favorite temple out of all the dungeons in the Zelda series. The Shadow Temple is somewhere close upon that list as well. But there is this site that helps you follow along and get 100% from the beginning. Here: [link]
