these are my Regional Variants of Grookey Thwackey and Rillaboomthese pokemon have changed into dark type and because of this their way with
music has also change. they now shout with microphone-like sticks and their
beat and rhythm is unpredictable and wild.

Is this for a Fan made region? Because it looks like a plausible Unovan Variation, what with one of its Gym Leaders being a Rocker (and albeit she uses Poison Pokemon), plus the heavy Urban Civilization Feel Unova gives.
