My naruto inspired character Arashi, which means Storm <3I thought of her as a wolf shapeshifter from konoha, who later joined akatsuki^^
Her element is raiton (thunder and lightning), which gave her her name. She fights with two small chakra daggers and mostly uses her element. She only shows/ uses her shapeshifter ability if there is no other way.
