Ebonite just got heaps better! With the RGB Picker and Brightness Settings, you can color theme Ebonite for just about any desktop theme.
Ebonite uses a hybrid of RGB layers and internal maki magic, you will need Winamp 5.55+ in order to use Ebonite due to the recent maki additions to support RGB/Color theming direct from skins.
RGB - Our resident crazy coder SLoB implemented the RGB functionality. Be on the lookout for more skins using this kind of feature, it's the future, we've tasted it!

Hey! It's beautiful, but I can't load it. Everytime I try to select the skin I get a million runtime errors,pure virtual function call (something about c++)

We are still looking into it. Strange as we tested on a range of OS's. I am running XP SP3 as well with visual styles without issue. Does this happen for all visual styles?

I don't switch Visual Styles very much, so I haven't tried that. You are of course referring to Msstyles?

Yeah I was because someone else who was having problems, the issues started for them only with msstyles, though I see no reason for that (I use them).

Should I just delete and move on? Or will reinstalling work? Apparently these .maki files are not present on my HDD.

You can try reinstalling. Make sure you have the latest Winamp version. I'm not sure what is causing this.

wow it looks really good by itself against a darkish wallpaper with opacity on but unfortunately the need for opacity makes it hard to use when text heavy windows like websites are in the background
i hope to see more cpro winamp work from you in the future, unfortunately the need for transparency makes this unusable for me.

I used to use the docked compact "big bento," but since the custom color seemed to stop working, I would just as well us some other skin that I don't have to dock, but can still use to seek through songs. This is great.

I was thinking, it'd be cool if you had some other color options in the next update. Maybe blue, green, red, etc. I'm not sure how skinning works though so it might be more complicated than what i'm thinking (just sliding a few bars).

I only ever had problems with winamp 5+.
2.81 was the best version I've ever found - I've such a large media library and 2 is the fastest/most reliable one I've used. If it aint broke..!
