My warhammer work is more appreciated I believe, so for the watchers I have uploaded some pics of my old school dragoon
The bark conversions are made with green putty, and branches from dryad sprues. Branches are added at the tail and horns.
The putty layer was ripped with a needle so it gave that βbarky look?β just before it dried hard.
The hands have been modified so they fit the trees at the base, so it gives the expression of him going havoc through the forest.
basemodel (high elf Imrik dragoon)
large base made from foamcard , foiled with different stuff like leaves , smelly stuff from IKEA and branches from trees and branches from GW trees
archer string made from regular steal wire that was painted with (bleached bone)

Nice colours. The way you've made the model interact with the base is especially good. Not many people do that but it makes for a really cohesive piece and a great sense of place.
