yeah its true but the funny thing is that i was watching shugo chara (very good anime) and they said that i was like ooo kay anime says the trues things every now and then

Slightly off-topic, we're not allowed to call it "trial and error" in maths any more because of something dumb like it encourages mistakes or sounds negative?? We have to call it "trial and improvement" :S

Yes I don't even think it's just our school, I think it was actually the Ministry of Education or the exam boards or something?! Like, it's not a "Fail" anymore, because its seen as too harsh, so we get "U" for "ungraded"

we actually get that in junior college here. we have A through E, then a subpass (usually 45-49%) and then a U for ungraded.
