Yes. A lot of people think they're the worst, but really that's just unfair do to it simply being an "unlucky roll of the dice".
I doubt the 12 players every episode took a personality quiz to determine what team they'd be on, they just simply picked the team they wanted to be on, or whatever team is available; so each team has a fair chance of winning. It was just unfortunate that the least amount of winning teams choice to be Purple Parrots.
