I couldn't decide whether to colour the wings or not...Because of my rut I decided to practice colouring on someone else's line art.(shame;_; )

This is beautiful, in my opinion. I love the detail, I love the concept, I love the character you created. Even if you didn't create the lineart, you did a lot of sweet maneuverings with the coloring.
As for the wings, I'd leave them or shade them slightly with blue. Up to you
