This was for May 4th art. A story I had in mind for my star wars modern AU.

A short summary of their relationship.
Rey is an orphan but still get to live through hardships. (this is also connected to the college AU that I drew last year) She eventually met Luke who later became a father figure for her. She would be hanging out at their place with the squad. But she also get to have her alone time with Leia.

She loves her. She's like a mother figure to her, and to Leia, Rey is like a daughter she never had. Even if Rey doesn't want to get her hair fix, she lets Leia, and she eventually like it. It's like warmth she never had before.

Anyway that's one scene I got from this AU. There's several that I want to draw but hoping next time.
