Did they ask permission to repost the artwork? Because if not, then it is clearly stealing.

Some sites, like Chatlands or Wolfing, ask where the pose came from. Nobody can do that without a link to the ORIGINAL artist.
Considering you're not the original artist and chatsite moderators who look into the poses won't believe you're the original creator.
Also, in my perspective, it would be really helpful to specify WHAT websites you can use it on. Sometimes when artists say "chatsites" they mean only Chatlands and it can be confusing to those who use Wolfing or Worlize that want to use the pose. Of course, it'll also be helpful to check the comments but sometimes the artist doesn't respond to any of the comments that say "Can this be used for Wolfing/another site?" and they don't put the exact sites you can use the pose on in the description. So it can get confusing.
