A project for the Sailor Moon fanclub on SA.
I've been wanting to do a WINX Club fan drawing for some time now. And now, for Halloween, I give you Bloom dressed as Sailor Mars.
Update: This picture also has something to do with my fanfiction, Sailor Moon Neo: Time and Fate. That is because Bloom IS Neo Sailor Mars. (This isn't the Neo Scout costume, but it's a start)
