I really like this,I don't care if you don't
So this is Karku,cosplaying Utau Hoshina,or as original,Utau Tsukiyomi from Shugo Chara!
Why is so different?
First of all,is a cosplay.It's not going to be like the original character.
Second,the dress is not as good as original,but cosplay dresses are never as the perfect original
Third,she can't have long blonde hairs...she did what she could
Fourth,She doesn't look like Utau(in nothing

I'm VERY impressed by your character She's true to the oritinal characters in all physical ways. The outfit, of course, is unique - and well done, in my opinion.
If some complain that the outfit isn't the way it should be, they need reminded that you created that outfit just as many cosplayers create their own outfits & they are rarely "exact" matches, so why should yours. You weren't going for a perfect match, because that would just mean you were drawing a DIFFERENT character & not THIS character "playing the part" of the other character. And as such I feel you did an amazing job of resisting making the outfit (and her hair, etc) Too MUCH like the character she's supposed to be dressing up as.
Final grade - A- (NO ONE gets an A/A+ on their 1st grade... there has to be room for improvement
