Chapter 2
Sealed away for very long

Aang woke up with a really sore head.
“What hit me?” He asked out loud.
“Me” said an unknown voice.
Aang looked in the direction that the voice had come from and saw the person who had been in the crystal.
“Why did you knock me out for” Aang asked, then looked around. He was in a cave.
“And we did you bring me here?” he finished.
“To pay me back what u had taken from me” The girl said. No emotions were in her eyes or her voice.
“What are you talking about?” Aang asked her, he was confused about what was going on.
“DON’T LIE” she snarled at him “YOU KILLED MY MOTHER, AND TURNED ON THE CLAN WHEN WE NEEDED YOU THE MOST”.
“But I didn’t……..” he said but stopped when some strange flashes of memory come to him.

A small girl stood with fear in her silver eyes.
“Dad what are you doing?” She asked the man, who was holding a knife to her mother’s throat.
“Taking care of her kind” He said, and then slit her throat.
The man came after her after her mother hit the floor, dead. But she managed to escape.
Day later she came back, having to bury her own mother, since others would not give her a proper burial.

Years later the same man came back and slashed her right eye and burned it. Blood gushed out of the wound and the girl screamed in pain.
“Why do you hate me dad?” The girl snarled. Her once silver eyes turn bloody red.
“You’re kind are nothing but monsters that should be killed” The man said.

Aang’s eyes widened in surprise. The man that he had seen in the two flash backs was one of the fire bending avatars before avatar Roku. And the girl was the same girl that had brought him here.
“How much did you see” the girl growled, her eye turning red.
Aang backed away in fear. He had heard about demons, but not a lot.
“Just a little, who was that lady that the man killed?” he asked quietly.
“My mum and dad” She growled, her eye turning back to silver.
She turned her back on him and started growling.
‘How long had I been sealed?’ she thought to herself ‘what era is this?’
She growled louder this time, scaring Aang once again.
“Are you ok?” He asked her.
“Why are you still here?” She asked him “you’re not needed, leave”
Aang looked at her in confusion.
“Didn’t you hear me” The girl roared “In told you to leave”.
Aang backed away, and then headed towards the entrance of the cave. Once he reached the mouth of the cave he looked back the girl. She was all alone.
He once again turned to leave, but saw that he couldn’t. The cave was on a mountain not far from the village. Around the cave were stone spikes that complete surrounded the mountain. He knew that he couldn’t get around them without hurting himself, and the cave was also on a cliff edge of the mountain and the only way seemed to be jumping from rock spike to rock spike.
“How do I get down from here?” He asked the demon.
“You’re an air bender” she growled “you figure it out”
“But I don’t have my staff” Aang said, pouting, hoping that the demon would help him.
The demon sighed.
“Fine” she growled “but we’ll leave when I feel like it”.
“Ok” Aang said happily, this demon seemed to hate him and he wanted to find out why. Besides him being the avatar.

Katara, Toph and Sokka had all finally come through and noticed that Aang was missing. And the person who was in the crystal was gone as well.
“That fire bender must have taken Aang” Sokka said, jumping to conclusion.
“Let’s just find them” Katara said. They all agreed and headed to Appa.
