For this one I was kind of going for an industry vs. nature vibe. It's supposed to feel like the "metal" flowers are sucking the life out of the tree to give rise to a new race of techno-plant hybrid...

This project was for my installation class and was centered around repetition, so I repeated the branches in the tree and the flower shapes multiple times.

The tree stood at about eleven feet tall, and was made entirely out of cardboard, duct tape, and tissue paper.
The flowers are all about eight inches square, and are made out of construction paper that was spray painted silver.
