I really like this guy, his old-time wardrobe, his dark mystique, but underneath it all I can see the faintest glimmer of a sad, lonely and possibly compassionate soul. This would be a great storybook character.

This is one of those pictures that makes me wish I could draw - so I could get my own character on paper. (I realize it is a photo)
or just have costume skills. Which I do not.

Umm... I know you probably have a lot of comments on this and you probably don't take time to respond to all of them, but I'm a 3D artist, and a coder. I am currently working on a game and this character would be a great addition. Would you mind me creating a 3D model of this and using it in my game?
