Description XD I had so much trouble with this. Not the actual drawing, but converting it into a suitable CSS. [link] This is a helpful website *Psyco-angel told me about.
But I couldn't figure out how to make everything transparent. And I got a major headache filling out everything... how do people make such good skins??
Anyhows...
