in the rp(a crossover 8'D) Estonia has a cyberbrain (Ghost in the Shell)~ Prussia is his neighbor and they met when Estonia found out Prussia was stealing his wifi. XD now Prussia is a widow and he lives in Miami beach.
Seriously the only song I could think of as I drew them was Opportunities by Pet Shop Boys. XD
