Description The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at California Advenutre. The ride is based off a Twilight Zone story:

On Halloween, sometime in the 1930's, five habitants of the Hollywood Hotel checked in and were riding on an elevator to their rooms. Lightning struck the tower, sending all five people in the elevator into the Twilight Zone.

After hearing that story, you're loaded onto an elevator then dropped up and down several times. Wheeee!!

I messed with this on photoshop, trying to give it an old-fashioned feel.

Fun-fact: The Hollywood Tower Hotel really does exist. It's right off the 101 Freeway in Hollywood, and it looks almost exactly like this [except not all thunderstruck and broken up]. The Hotel was popular during the Golden Era of Hollywood in the 1920s to the 1950s, so that further inspired the black-and-white hue in this picture.

Taken on one of my random visits to the Disneyland Resort.

Ooo I like the black and white effect! It makes it look like an authentic photo from the 1940's!
