If it's still too sketchy or something (?) please let me know! I'll fix it. ^^
-EDIT: Added the grey BG. ^^
Oh and should I replace my handwriting with a normal font?

Also, their blank faces is a really good idea! Gives it more mysteriousness ~ 
But I thought the added color other than black and white, the grey, would cost extra money. Do you know this? Just though to give you a heads up. c:

Yes, keep it, so it will be your 'own'. Your handwriting, your art, and your t-shirt, if you win.
No, don't keep it, because for other people it might be easier to read from a distance. I mean, your handwriting is great, don't get me wrong, but it will just be easier for other people. c:

The BG texture gives a great effect !! Fenton and Phantom look mysterious, that's perfect. And keep your handwriting, it fits better the pic. I think that a font will look more...anonymous, it wouldn't look good...

Hmmm, You'll want to keep it only black and white. And Witneus just to point out, you put Phantom's fingers on wrong. The ones right next to Fenton. xD The thumb should be on the other side.
And for the font, We don't mind if its your writing but the only problem is that I believe that the text is getting too small. I love that effect personally but we're not sure about it on a shirt. I was thinking that we'd keep the "Just a Shadow, Just a Ghost" and put it on the same line or maybe make it one line down with a small a-symmetrical effect.

I love it. Way to play with shadow and contrast, very cool.
You could maybe clean up the sketchiness of the swirlies to make it look more professional...and for a t-shirt, perhaps simplify the phrase underneath or get rid of it altogether? This piece speaks pretty eloquently for itself.
But that's just my two cents. I haven't read the contest rules and I have no idea what they're looking for.
Whatever way you slice it, this is an awesome design.
