Quirk:

1. Solar Battery: The user can absorb solar energy by come into contact with sunlight, into their hair and use it in various ways. (Hair would turn blond when using power and return to original color the longer the quirk is use // like battery is dying out).

Owner:

2. Electrolyte: The user can transform their blood (which has a high concentration of ions) from liquid into plasma energy and absorb electrical energy, causing blood cell to become a storage unit for all the excess electrical energy.
