Angel Crusher cells have been sampled on his late body then mixed with Fisticuffs samples (don't know how they've been obtained).The twice mad scientist who grew the cells into this now orders it to answer the call for AC replacement.

Nobody knows yet. It didn't use them so far.
Rumors are the appendices were grown from insect or larva genetic material corrupting the sample from AC corpse when it was taken. So they might be insctoΓ―d limbs, they sure look like insect mandible or legs.
Others say they are angel wings phoetuses that will burst out and spring when ACX reaches its full potential.
