Nope, cuz Gohan would be able to go SS2(which he can't) and, most notably, Goku would be DEAD. Gohan's appearance is that after he trained in the time chamber, went SS1, and had Piccolo give some new threads, and this was during the nine day wait period BEFORE the games started.

He LOOKS older in Broly, and movie characters are CONSIDERABLY stronger than series characters.
Broly in the space of a few weeks was destroying the galaxy, which is 1,000,000,000 solar systems, if we said he destroyed 1,000 at a time, that's lowball, so his Multi soalr System Level

Well, first, the Southern Galaxy isn't just a galaxy, it's the Southern Quadrant of the universe. Which is far too large for Broly to simply destroy. And second, I believe that in the original Japanese it says "The Southern Galaxy is under attack" over a galaxy fading away, which I would assume is metaphoric because an entire galaxy(or quadrant of the universe if it were to be taken literally in DBZ terms) being destroyed all at once would make a lot of light from blowing up.

I highly doubt that it was even vaguely metaphorical. It "was destroyed by a super saiyan". The fact that it's a fictional character means what you think is "too large" to destroy is ultimately irrelevant. Fictional worlds don't always have to, what's the word, have the same rules as real life, so the lack of light from the galaxy's destruction doesn't mean it didn't happen.

I told you: In the JP, it says "is under attack", with the galaxy image disappearing. It actually really needs to be metaphoric, due to the fact that the Southern Galaxy isn't just a single galaxy. Meaning that that galaxy image would really have to metaphoric in some sense, whether or not it was an actual galaxy being destroyed.
But really, he was beaten by Goku gaining some energy from his beaten comrades. He can't be more than Super Perfect Cell, who was able to destroy the solar system, but it implies he couldn't before. And he's about twice as strong, maybe a little more. Meaning he can't destroy much more than 2 Solar Systems at best.
And if Broly is weaker than SP Cell, there is no way in hell that he could destroy a galaxy quickly. He might be able to fly through space, blowing up planet and planet and star and asteroid, and anything in his way. But he really would be able to destroy a galaxy. It is huge compared to a solar system.

It was a "miracle punch". The fact that Goku beat him doesn't matter when it required a plot device to do it. Also, Broly was in the middle of the galaxy when he used an omnidirectional blast to destroy it.

And when exactly was this shown(him destroying the galaxy)? And when was it said (in Japanese) that he destroyed a galaxy? Because all I remember in JP was King Kai(or maybe the announcer) saying that the Southern (not-a-galaxy) Galaxy was under attack, with a picture of a galaxy fading away. In DBZ, energy always makes light. Unless Broly unless an omni-directional kiai so powerful that it destoryed the whole galaxy, Β they would've animated a light. Or explosions. Or something. Hence why I think that Broly was simply rampaging throughout the Southern (not-a-galaxy) Galaxy, and destroying crap.
Also, again, SP Cell can destroy a solar system, maybe 2 at most, and he's most likely stronger than Broly. Besides, how was it a miracle punch? Broly was beaten by Goku, Broly was incredibly surprised when Goku stopped his punch when he started getting energy from Vegeta, and Goku was pretty confident when he had the last of everyone's energy that he could defeat Broly.
While it could partially be a miracle that he hit (and sorta popped) Broly when he was near his limit in energy, he still hurt Broly, and his energy was enough to defeat Broly. But I still doubt Broly surpassed SP Cell's.

Even in the Japanese dub, they still showed the galaxy being destroyed in about 5 seconds. So saying "the southern galaxy is under attack" instead of "the south galaxy has been shattered" changes absolutely nothing. I already explained the whole "light" nonsense, an idea you contrived and have yet to prove. No amount of griping from haters is going to change the fact that Broly has destroyed the southern quadrant of the universe, and in a restricted state, and the writers have already admitted that Broly was overpowered.
As for the cell comparison, Cell isn't GT, so they cannot be compared. They have different rules, power levels, and different timelines, so Broly's feats are his feats alone, and as long as he is transformed his power constantly increases over time so he gives even less craps about power levels. Basically Cell is irrelevant, and saying a solar system buster is stronger than or can beat Broly without a plot device just because you say so is wishful thinking.
BTW, you asked "how was it a miracle punch"? Well because it's a miracle punch! Did you read the Daizenshuu? That's its name, they literally called it a plot device, and it came right the F out of nowhere (who tries to twist their hands when punching someone in the stomach). Without it, no amount of combined energy from some star & solar system busters would have a slightest chance of harming Broly (aka reaching galaxy busting power).

It says it's under attack. Also, the South Galaxy is a quarter of the universe. It's not a galaxy is a quadrant. Sure, it a galaxy or solar system fading away, but that could've just been metaphorical. King Kai was worried by Broly. But if Broly actually destroyed a quarter of the universe, King Kai would've been screaming that they end times are upon us and that all is lost. Broly would've been destroying galaxy after galaxy after galaxy if he really wiped out the Southern Galaxy/Quadrant. He would be stronger than Kid Buu. He would be the strongest character in all of DBZ.
Also, not sure why you bring up GT, since Broly isn't in GT either, he's in the "canon" of Z (or his movie uses the canon of Z). Anyways, if I must remind you, Broly can only hold so much energy. Even if he constantly replenishes energy far faster than anyone else, he still ends up having to vent it when he reaches his maximum. He may be the Legendary Super Saiyan, but he's still just a mortal.
And, must I also remind you that Broly is even stronger in his Second Movie, yet is overpowered and killed by Goku, Gohan, and Goten. Yes, Trunks helped (doing the same thing Vegeta did for the Father-Son Kamehameha), but he was still killed in the son and was unable to stop the Kamehameha. Also, let me remind you that the writer for the first Thirteen Movies says each villain is stronger than the last (the possible exceptions being Bojack and Bio-Broly, as he states "villains that fight Goku" and Bio Broly and Bojack didn't fight Goku). If Broly was able to destroy a quarter of the freaking universe, then that means that Janemba and Hirudegarn are both able to EVEN MORE THAN THAT.Β And let's not forget one thing:
Hirudegarn is about equal to SSJ3 Goku.
SSJ3 Goku is about 4-5x SP Cell.
Hirduegarn is stronger than Broly.
Therefore SSJ3 Goku is stronger than Broly.
Therefore, Broly is weaker than someone who can destroy about 8-10 Solar Systems.
And don't forget the Sun killed Broly in Movie 10. And he was blasted away by a SSJ2. His younger SSJ1 brother and his SSJ father. That's only about 4x the Kamehameha he TANKED without moving in Movie 8 from someone who was at max a Solar System Buster. Broly is weaker than someone who can bust 8-10 solar systems and was easily blasted away by a 2-4 solar system busting attack. If he really destroyed BILLIONS OF GALAXIES, then something weaker than a Galaxy Busting attack SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO BUDGE HIM IN THE F***ING SLIGHTEST!

Nah, Gogeta would rape Broly no sweat. Goku just combining the energy of weakened fighters beat Broly. Gogeta is implied to be stronger than SSJ3 Goku in the Buu Saga.
