Either through action replay, or by getting the game Phantasy Star Online Ep I & II for gamecube. There's a special mission in it that gives you the Tails Chao as reward. You'll need a game boy advance and a cable to connect it to the gamecube though, as the chao is first transfered to the Tiny Chao Garden before you can pick it up in SA2

You can move chao from SADX to SA2B or from SA2B to SADX? wow!!!

Yes. If you put a chao in the tiny chao garden without SA(2) the game will make a copy of the chao instead of putting the real chao in there.
So if you open the other game and pick it up there you will have the copy there and the real chao in the other game.
That way you can have a chao in both games.

But i can have 24 chao in same garden in SADX with a program...

Well, there was only one PSO ep I & II on Ebay and they don't sell that game where I live, so I guess I really am lucky....
Maybe I can find some AR codes to get a tails chao for you.

I got a Datel action replay. I got the wrong one. I've got the code but I don't have the right ation replay. I've got no idea if I can add codes to it or what.Someone told me not to bother buying phantasy star online just for the Tails chao either.

I didn't buy pso because of the tails chao. Shippou was just a little two-tailed bonus. ^^
I don't know much about AR. All I know is that you can use codes to "cheat". Sorry, I guess I can't help you.
