Another new character for my 3rd neopian war story as well as a random character.

~ BIO~ Commander Corr of the home security corp:
He is a veteran and optimistic leader of the protective security corp. and has fought in the very first battle of the 3rd war.

His corp protects and escorts important figures such as the head of the neopian council. he is known to be easy going but is serious when it comes to protecting neopians. He is also known to have a replacement right arm after it was severed by an anti- infantry blast during he first battle.

Notable reference: not much except his armor design, hair style, and his replacement arm.
