yes! go check out Chameleon Circuit.. they sing songs about Doctor Who and they're GREAT! well.. at least.. i think they are.. heh.

Dr.Who,another show i've never watched xD
the band i listen to the most is Blind Guardian.they're a German power metal band.but they have songs that are highly influenced by Dungeons&Dragons,Lord of the Rings,the Dragonlance books and medieval time periods.
and i have a bit of Hans Zimmer mixed into my I-Tunes.

haha it's a really good show. you can start with the remake. 9th doctor onwards. also.. music wise.. i really like going to bandcamp.com. and just shuffling through the discover page! there's tons of free music and really good stuff out there!
