Description Find your inspiration..... AND GET TO WORK!

I've been looking into and studying the Blacksad comics recently and I really wanted to try my hand at something that made use of light. If you haven't read Blacksad I would recommend it, one of the best drawn and painted comics I have ever seen, EVER! Serial, check it!

Anyway, this was a really quick experiment piece that didn't go well at first but I decided to go with it and get her done. Not massively happy with it but I rushed a little at the start so what should I expect! XD
Watercolour, Pencil Crayon and ink on an A5 page.

I love details in this piece. A lot of the smaller items in this piece, like the rolled up paint in the easel or the small scraps on the cork boards, Β really make it feel like you are looking into an artists' studio.
