My Saarlooswolfhond Skadi, photograph taken at her 6th birthday on april 25th.The Saarlooswolfdog, or correctly Saarlooswolfhond, is an established dutch Wolfdog breed that was recognized by the FΓ©dΓ©ration Cynologique Internationale (FCI) in 1981.

My friend has a mixed breed wolfdog and her name is also Skadi! And for a moment I had a saluki and it was named Skadi too!Β
Beautiful dogs... My other friend has saarloos and vlack + two mixed breeds... I quite like them, gentle, full of energy and always ready to go.

I gotta ask, where do you see all these wolves? are they wild? I live on the edge of the range of wolves in our province, and i have seen maybe 2 from a distance, i am very jealous of these shots you are always putting up!

Well, I see these "wolves" lying behind me - right now! As I wrote in the description they are wolfdogs and live together with me, so we share the same couch and bed 
However, from time to time I also added pictures of "real" wolves, but these were taken in Zoos or Wildlifeparks.
