Description A random blue dragon

I know the pic sucks, but I wanted to draw something traditional.
The background is very simple, I was lazy.
The dragon is the main point in this pic, but to make you not suffer so much I manipulate the water and the waterfall a bit.

wow, this is pretty darn awesome if you ask me Dragons seem hard to draw and you drew this one well, especialy with all the detail there used on the scales, love it and the whole concept is neat as well.
