From time to time I use my graphics tablet instead of pencils.. .Hmmm... I'm not sure if I did good job.

Oh :3 if you have any tips or tutorials I'm always open to hear them! I have problems with coloring, sometimes they seems not to match the overall image. And I'm not sure if I need to use bigger resolution, to avoid pixels...
And what are your other observations?

My observations It's the paws and the wings.
The wings have to be attached on his body like a second shoulder and the wing of the dragon os like a human arm with the fingers too.
The paws are not reamly good but on DA or google you write "dragon paws or dragon anatomy"It could help because I have see the knee are not at his normal place.
For a better help you should draw the skeleton before draw the dragon

Yeah, I always draw skeleton for every animal and human, and this time first paws hides under the wing.
