Bagheera sure has failed to follow the rules that Baloo set up for him, and he failed to followed those rules on purpose, and that's all because the panther doesn't want to be gagged while he is fully clothed. This idea for a pic actually came to me from another one of Baloorule58's fanfics. I wonder how Baloorule58 is gonna continue that fanfic from there?
