Goodnight Old Friend. ..I just want to say a few words for my dog Zero. He was put to sleep today, he lived a long life, one for the ages and so large I can't even explain. I might be distant for a bit, need time to digest that this is real.That he is gone, somewhere to a place I can't follow.
RIP Zero, may you be young again on Rainbow Bridge and know you'll always be in my heart.
Farewell, Zero the Hero, my old 21 year old boy. ...sayonara Zero

This is gorgeous...I am so sorry about what happened. The pain of losing a companion like that is incredibly painful, and you did an amazing job with creating a memorial image for this beautiful dog

This is really beautiful Amy. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it can be to lose something/someone so dear to your heart. I understand that you need time to register this and to mourn, he was part of your family. Just remember that Zero knew that you loved him and that wherever he is now, he's not in pain any more. He's happy and he still loves you.

Zero was a good dog and always made everyone smile. I remember the times I visited you guys how he would always be bouncing around and we would play with him. He was a good boy. Sorry to hear he's gone now, Jen. Don't let yourself be too dragged down by his passing. Smile and laugh about the good times for him. Celebrate him. Mourn your loss but don't let that take away from the special memories and good times that spunky little black fluffball gave you. <3
