Yuki is from the tribe Haru and Daisuke are from. She grew up alongside Haru but never understood his kinship with the hyena tribes, especially Junichi. You'd think such a sad event in Haru's past would have discouraged his friendship with hyenas... She has feelings for Haru and so when she joins Yami's plan to destroy the hyena tribes from the land, Haru is reasonably upset. She lies to him about the event until Haru figures out everything himself, disowning his tribe and friendship in favor of helping Junichi and Hoshi's tribes. Yuki is left in grief, wondering if perhaps what she did was even right anymore...
