Well im back from Israel
had an awesome time and such but for some reason didn't take much photos of the scenery over there...I got lazy XDAnyway I did recently grow a great interest in macro photography so here is another macro of my grandpas pocket watch. Ill be uploading more super close up macros like this soon.

how do you make it that everything else is blurry except for the one spot?

Its called depth of field. Youl need the right lens and camera properties to manage that

Haha thanks! For the details well i did try and use 100 ISO but found it impossible to take since this was hand held and not on a tripod so i put the ISO up a bit to 200 and somehow managed to get it good i guess
Shutter is f/4 and exposure time is 1/500sec

Not exactly haha, I didnt do anything except fix the contrast but i did change the colours quite a bit. And hey no problem

This is gorgeous! The lighting isn't too dark or too light. And the color is beautiful. And the fact that the hand is at 23 is pretty cool. Since so many things involve that number.

That's very beautiful. I like how the colors are almost sepia and how all the numbers but XI are out of focus. Very cool.

wow! how did you get the focus like that its so good!!! just curious.. when you buy a macro lens is it actually called that? or do you just judge by the mm? like what is considered macro?

Well im not exactly an expert but yes, a macro lens should be named a macro lens, i know mine is a 50mm macro lens which can give you up to 1:1 ratio which is a proper macro, of course you can get extension tubes and such to get even better macros, but i think the one i have is just a normal macro lens
