And I see that the teeth anatomy looks great, of course!
I think you're the only artist I know on dA who does cell-shading traditionally!
And may I ask, how do you get the white dots for what you did on the nose and the eye duct?

On the eyes I put masking fluid before I started painting, and other details were made with white acrylic paint
