Description
She was once a scientist in a cosmetic company researching for a way to develop the perfect skin for burn victims.Unfortunately The company has been doing some illegal operations in contributing to the creation and dealing of synthetic narcotics. A deal whent bad and the crime lord bomed the facility with her still inside durring the graveyard shift. THe chemicals and drugs spilled on herself and made her skin as slick and shiny as latex, her body able to shift and slip out from the wreckage in a blob of liquit latex. As she reformed she figured out that she can make her skin hard as industrial polybicarbonate. Strong enough to repell bullets and resist high tempatures.
