This model is the same with what you're using in the past. The only differences are the ambient occlusion or AO map and the metallic environment map, which are custom made by me. You can imagine the lack of an AO map if you remove all the literal black shadows on All Might from My Hero Academia, since AOs simulate shadows of areas rarely hit by light sources such as armpits. As for the metallic environment map, it is used to simulate metal on meshes. You can toggle these on and off in the Edit field > Display Textures > either light map or env map in XPS to see how the model looks like without the custom edits.
