Now Cue The Great Many WTF's coming from a multitude of people at what the hell is going on here. Well folks it's quite simple.

...Okay it's not that simple at all as it's rather confusing and convoluted and filled with all sorts of WTF is going on moments but I'll try and make it as clear as possible.

First off, this scene and story idea takes place in My Shared Crossover Universe, The Guardian-Verse. Basically massive crossover combined with a lot of Alternate Universe shenanigans. XD

Secondly, if you wanna know the full story behind The Ghidoran Race and what happened to them, you're going to want to Look Here:

Dragons of The Void

That explains a vast majority of Monster Zero's Origins in The Guardian-Verse and as for why he's called Monster Zero in the first place is due that being the name the Human Scientists give him when he was first discovered when released he does reveal his name to be King Ghidorah.

There is a Third Ghidorah running around and that's the living Nightmare known as Shin Ghidorah, again, if you wanna learn more about all of that stuff just click the Highlighted in Blue Link I left up top.

Okay now that that's out of the way, let's get into the thick of things and explain what's happening here.

So long story short, The Ghidorah on the left, that's a Good King Ghidorah, now that may sound surprising to some folks but if you ever saw or heard of the GMK Godzilla movie than you know that the possibility of a Good King Ghidorah is well within the realm of possibility.

After all that Ghidorah is the one who inspired my idea for This Ghidorah, who by the title is known as Guardian Ghidorah.

(That's literally his title and not just my way of distinguishing him from mainstream Ghidorah.)

Now picture GMK Ghidorah and then replace that one's Left head with that of Kevin from Monsterverse and you get Guardian Ghidorah.

Now The Ghidorah on the Right is Monster Zero, aka MonsterVerse Ghidorah. A Beast of Pure Evil and a Ruthless Monster and the body Kevin or The Left Head of Guardian Ghidorah came from.

Ya know what, I'm gonna just copy and paste the segment that explains Guardian Ghidorah's backstory a little bit rather than hope to god someone actually bothers to click on that link. XD

They swore their undying loyalty to Void Ghidorah and would aid him in his conquest of wiping out all Light in The Omniverse.

These plans were stopped however with the intervention of The Archangel known as Ainz Ooal Gown, Who quickly put a stop to their plans by placing special seals on both Monster Zero and Shin Ghidorah so that Void Ghidorah would have no way of entering their realm and greatly reducing the powers both Ghidorah's had gained from their master.

They attempted to destroy Ainz for his intervention but they had about as much luck as a fly has against an erupting volcano and with that, Ainz sent both Dragons away to places unknown.

Ainz did discover that there was a survivor of the once Great Golden Dragons, a young Ghidorah whose heart had not fallen into Darkness like his kind had, however his wounds were great as one of his heads had been destroyed during the battle and due to the wound having been sealed shut by one of The Ghidorah's powerful energy attacks, could not regenerate a new head.

Ainz took the young Golden Dragon with him to his own realm for he felt that this Ghidorah would hold a key to destroying Void Ghidorah when the time arose.

For now though, the young Dragon needed much care and rest and proper training until such a time.

Monster Zero ended up being thrown into The Guardian-Verse and sent hurtling towards Nexus-Earth in ancient times. There he would spread destruction and carnage across it's lands until a battle between him and one of it's earliest protects, Godzilla arrived and the two fought, with Godzilla emerging victorious and Monster Zero having lost his left head in the battle, he fled and collapsed into the arctic regions where he'd lay dormant for millions of years.

Ainz arrived to the scene of the battle and discovered the severed left head of Monster Zero and to his surprise, found it still lived. Ainz sensed something off about this head, now that it had been severed from the main body, the darkness that had enveloped it had faded and left behind a wounded and scared being who feared his approaching death and what awaited him for his sins.

Ainz spoke with the being via telepathy and while Ainz couldn't do anything to repair the damage without creating a possible exact copy of Monster Zero and unleashing Two of them upon Nexus-Earth. He did see that the left head had a faint light of good in him and so, Ainz promised that he would save the dragon's life as he knew the perfect way to do it.

Taking the spirit that resided within the left head, he arrived back to his kingdom and took the spirit to the young Ghidorah whose own left head had been destroyed, due to being so young for his kind, he lacked the needed energy to regenerate a new one for the spirit that had resided there and as such, the tissue was rotting and becoming infected.

Ainz transferred the spirit from Monster Zero's left head into this young Ghidorah and a new chance at life was given to both of them.

This Young Ghidorah would one day become a shining light that his race once represented in The Universe and serve as a Guardian in times of crisis.

For now, The Young Dragon would rest and regain his strength and in time, would shine brightly.

Guardian Ghidorah's arrival story isn't fully fleshed out yet but basically he shows up to aid The Kaiju of Nexus-Earth and The Guardians of Freedom against Monster Zero and Shin Ghidorah, it's thanks to Guardian Ghidorah that the heroes and protectors of Nexus-Earth win.

Besides personality differences between Both Ghidorah's (Obviously) a few other differences to note is that Guardian Ghidorah's hide is a much shinier gold color with some slight orangish red highlights in it, when he powers up his energy attacks it's almost as if the surface of the sun dances across his scales, his eyes also golden as well and not the hellish orange/red of Monster Zero or the soulless black voids of Shin Ghidorah.

As for each of the names of the three heads on Guardian Ghidorah.

The Right Head's name is Shai meaning Shy who, when not in battle, tends to keep his head down at times and sometimes taking control of the right wing and hiding his head behind it, but when it comes down to it, Shai will show no mercy to his foes or those who'd harm his brothers or friends for that matter, he does become less shy around those he knows however but overall, does his best to not get much attention outside of battle. To his friends and family he shows great kindness, a gentle side that many would and have found surprising for such a large creature and a love of nature.

The Middle Head's name is Shinzo meaning Heart. Shinzo's personality is that of a prince whose heart is filled with determination, bravery and hope, a hope for a better universe and to return his kind back to their once great and proud heritage that gave them the titles of The Omniverse's Guardian Dragons. He is protective of his brothers and will not hesitate to defend them (Despite sharing the same body) and

And then we have the final head, San (Aka Kevin) the former left head of Monster Zero, while his personality is pretty much that of his monsterverse counterpart, San carries with him a great guilt at his past actions that led to the destruction of their race and the near cataclysm that would have been the release of Void Ghidorah.

San however is a calm but easily distracted boi, also a great sense of curiosity and sometimes a childlike behavior despite being millions if not close to billions of years old (In terms of the age of his spirit, it's well with in the billions, but in terms of Physical age, the body he shares with his new Brothers, Shinzo and Shai is in the millions, still rather young in Ghidorah standards who are said to live for eons upon eons) and he finds all life forms very interesting, mostly due to his easily distracted and yet curious nature. Don't let this full you however, he's rather smart when it comes down to it and can at times offer wise words of advice to Shinzo and he's seen usually coaxing Shai out from behind their right wing when Shinzo is too deep in thought.

Overall Guardian Ghidorah is the last of his kind (In terms of being good that is) and while this saddens him a great deal, his spirit and heart will not yield and while at first it's hard for him to gain the trust of Earth's protectors, especially The King of Monsters, after proving himself a great deal he becomes a trusted alley in battle and a good friend to all.

He is destined for great things and with his Shinning Golden Light his Race May Return to Their Once Great and Honorable Glory as The Omniverse's Guardian Dragons.
