XD Good and yeah he'd probably rarely ever need to use the thing, but when he did though it's safe to say his enemy will regret pushing him that far to use it. 0_0
XD Well duh, would have gone with Future Trunks to but it made more sense to give it to Link.
Oh damn right they do and the original Illuminati sucked. XD For some of the best minds on the planet they sure as hell didn't know what they were doing, granted when they recruit Namor me thinks there's not much brains in the group.
Thanks man glad you do and it's fine I like to rant. XD

I'm not sure if the Infinity Gauntlet is worth all this trouble to protect. I mean, it breaks against a single Incursion, so...why does everyone want it again.

In the Guardian-Verse it's far more powerful than it's Mainstream counterpart, so much so that it can be used outside other universes as the energies of the Guardian-Verse are made up of the energies of what were once separate realities are now one, it gave the Stones greater power as well as the Gauntlet.

Admittedly, the Secret Empire aftermath is going to be quite bleak, as it starts with the real Universe 7 Steve Rogers nearly being killed in his mind by a corrupted and vengeful Universe 10 Wasp (who got in his mindscape due to Dreadpool using a Cosmic Cube), leaving HYDRA!Cap to try and honor his other self's memory in his own warped way, which ultimately ends with the little bit of remaining trust the heroes of the 12 Universes/New 12 Universes had left after the HYDRA regime being completely shattered thanks to the manipulations of Ruins Emma and Dreadpool exposing HYDRA!Cap's continued association with HYDRA. I'm even throwing in a combination of the Champa Arc tournament and the Universal Survival tournament midway through the story arc to provide a bit of a breather from the HYDRA conflict. Fortunately, the story ultimately ends on a bright note, as the real Universe 7 Steve Rogers is ultimately resurrected in a new body created by Universe 25 Kobik (who pulled Universe 7 Steve Rogers out of his original body to save his life) after rebuilding his memories with the help of a repentant Universe 10 Julie Yamamoto, and ultimately leads the survivors of the Amalgam Universe's destruction against his HYDRA counterpart and Ruins Emma, who are fighting over Dreadpool's Cosmic Cube in an effort to reshape reality in their image (although I should stress that HYDRA!Cap is simply trying to do the right thing).

What I was trying to say was that I have no clue where to go next with the narrative. It's all a matter of filling in the gap between the 12 Universes/New 12 Universes era and the New Super Smash Bros. Crossover era.

Well, here's where the plot is after HYDRA!Cap is defeated once and for all and Dreadpool is imprisoned in his universe again;
1. Frieza (who was recruited by Ruins Emma while he was training in isolation) is in Hell after his death at the hands of a resurrected Goku (who sacrificed his life during the final battle with Master Core along with the rest of the Heroes of Legend (supersmashbroscrossover.wikia.β¦ ; as the page says, Batman is only a reserve member and supervisor, meaning he did not die with them), but opted to stay dead for a while), but that doesn't mean his role in the story is done. Frieza's motivation is to get strong enough to defeat the Heroes of Legend (primarily Goku) and the Twelve in order to restore his reputation as Emperor of the Universe, and nothing will prevent him from achieving that goal. While Frieza is dead, however, Cell and Broly are taking steps to revive him while conspiring against Ruins Emma, who Cell considers too untrustworthy to remain in an alliance with her. To that end, Cell has decided to enlist Universe 7 Emma Frost (who has become a fugitive and a pariah to her friends due to Ruins Emma's ability to transfer from her own body into Universe 7 Emma Frost's body) to their cause, taking advantage of Universe 7 Emma Frost's isolation from her friends and confusion as to her current situation (Universe 7 Emma Frost can't remember anything that happens when Ruins Emma takes control of her body) to mold her into an ally for Frieza and a weapon against Ruins Emma.
2. A younger Zamasu has taken interest in the Heroes of Legend and the Twelve (Naruto Uzumaki, Palutena, Toneri Otsutsuki, Dr. Doom, the Maker, Gwen Tennyson, Iron Man, Thor Odinson, Cyclops, Rachel Grey, Kaguya Otsutsuki, and Solaris) after seeing them in action during the Universal Tournament alongside Captain Universe (Tamara Devoux). I should note that Zamasu isn't going to play a large role until New Super Smash Bros. Crossover, but I want to show how he came to believe that mortals are a mistake that need to be eliminated.

There are two other big plot threads I didn't discuss because I didn't have the time;
3. The original Universe 7 Steve Rogers, the Twelve, and Goku have all been resurrected. However, with the exception of Goku, they have a weight on their shoulders that wasn't there in life. For Universe 7 Steve Rogers, despite being split from his HYDRA double, he remembers everything he did while they were one entity. Additionally, due to having to be rebuilt from the ground up by Kobik after she pulled him out of his original body, Universe 7 Steve Rogers' connection to his memories is severed. While he remembers everything he's done in life, Universe 7 Steve Rogers feels like a stranger in his new body. As for the Twelve, the reason they were dead in the first place was because Master Core had infected them with his essence during the Temporal Distortions, eventually allowing him to convert them into extensions of his will. When the Heroes of Legend and the Twelve failed to revive the original Universe 7 Steve Rogers with the Super Dragon Balls (Kobik didn't inform anyone that she saved Universe 7 Steve Rogers' life), Captain Universe opted to revive Goku and the Twelve, making sure to add that Master Core would be sealed inside the Twelve. In other words, the Twelve have their lives back, but they're at risk of losing control and unleashing Master Core upon the world, so they need to keep themselves in check.
4. Captain Universe. Since her first appearance in Maximum Sonic, Tamara has done everything in her power to help the heroes of the 12 Universes/New 12 Universes in their struggles against the likes of Master Core, the Hive, HYDRA, and Ruins Emma as well as the collapse of reality itself in the hopes of fixing the foundation of the second version of Universe 25. All of her efforts, while allowing her friends to prevail, have done nothing to change her future. In fact, Tamara's actions have actually made things worse, as it led to HYDRA!Cap sending a Cosmic Cube (Universe 7's Kobik) to her timeline, ensured that HYDRA's Planetary Shield couldn't be broken (since it was calibrated to her power level), motivated Dreadpool to corrupt Universe 10 Wasp and having her nearly kill the original Universe 7 Steve Rogers in order to not only cement HYDRA!Cap as part of the foundation of Universe 25 but ensuring he has an ally that will eventually free him from his prison, and brought the Heroes of Legend, the Twelve, and their allies to the attention of Zamasu. On top of that, Tamara has an unforgivable sin and blood on her hands now. After returning to Subspace with the Heroes of Legend and the revived Twelve, Tamara reluctantly wiped their memory of meeting Zen-O for the first time (they weren't supposed to meet Zen-O until much later) to keep them off the radar of the Gods (specifically Zamasu). Later, after saving reality from HYDRA and Ruins Emma, Tamara and Kobik confronted the corrupted Universe 10 Wasp in her cell in the Zone Jail in the hopes of undoing Dreadpool's Cosmic Cube alterations. Unfortunately, Dreadpool made sure that his rewrite of Universe 10 Wasp couldn't be undone, and Tamara couldn't even use her own powers to fix Universe 10 Wasp's altered mind. With no other option but to rebuild Universe 10 Wasp from the ground up, Tamara reluctantly wrote Universe 10 Wasp's name in one of the three Death Notes she carries on her person (with the only consolation being that Tamara had Universe 10 Wasp die peacefully while she stayed at her side) before having Kobik recreate Universe 10 Wasp with all of her memories up until she journeyed with Piccolo, Yamcha, Tien, and Molecule Man to assist Universe 7 Dr. Doom and his allies in stopping the Temporal Distortions and taking the reborn Universe 10 Wasp into hiding as she fills her in on everything that happened after that point. With all this on her shoulders, Tamara's on the verge of a mental breakdown. While I have no intention of having Tamara go rogue, she's not in a happy place by this point in the story, especially Zamasu is now trying to learn more about the Heroes of Legend and the Twelve from her.
