Superman should have won the fight just in easily he just flies out grabs Batman and fly's up really high! Batman would not even dear hold out the kryptonite! If he weekend him Superman would have drop him! Superman would be knocked out and Batman be dead.

the problem with superman is that he is not really good at dodging the enmy attacks because he does not have any reflexes so if batman had some criptonite he could easily kill superman.

In the context of a Death Battle? Superman. In about an autosecond. In terms of them facing each other in the comics? Again, Superman. Of all their encounters that aren't Frank Miller Fanfiction, I can think of exactly one instance where Superman didn't win or make Batman's efforts look paltry.Β

Batman Hush: Batman uses Kryptonite ring against Superman who is being mind controlled, Batman can feel his hands breaking and only survives thanks to Superman holding back and catwoman tossing Lois Lane off a building.
Batman 428: Batman hits Supes and breaks his hand doing so, that was with Superman rolling with the punch.
Adventures of Superman 642: Superman, who was under mind control, effortlessly beats batman half to death.
Batman/Superman #1 (N52): Superman and Batman fight, nothing even scratches Superman. At this point, Superman didn't even know how to fly yet.
Batman Endgame #2: Superman rips apart Batman's "Justice Buster", again effortlessly while under mind control and plays with Batman the way a cat might a mouse, Batman only survives by spitting Kryptonite in Superman's eye. The fight, at best, was a draw.
