This dude does infact come into existence in my shared crossover universe The Guardian-Verse.

Agreed. Also my cannon Metal Storm is probably only as strong as Spawn or Kratos (maybe a little stronger though) but he does have a super mode that he doesn't use often where his red lights turn blue and he gets white hair and his mask covers his whole face kinda like Raiden's

Like I do intentionally wanna make Storm OP for my universe but I don't wanna make him a Mary Sue, see what I mean? In order for a plot to be intriguing, the antagonist should have stronger abilities and power than the main character. Putting the character through stress and situations normally makes the characters more relatable
